In the actual construction on site, there will inevitably be a misalignment between the support point and the Berea piece node. In order to ensure that the support point and the Berea beam node coincide, the following two measures can be taken:
In the overall arrangement of the steel pipe column, it should be considered to reasonably determine the spacing of the two rows of steel pipe columns according to the characteristics of the standard Berea piece length of 3 m. The principle is to first ensure that the steel pipe column is supported on the Berea piece node. According to this spacing, the force check is carried out. If the steel pipe column is not considered to be added by the beray piece, the workload of the later reinforcement measures will be increased. This method can fundamentally solve the problem of support point and node misalignment.
For example, when the overall steel pipe column layout is not considered, a large number of Berea pieces that are not at the node appear in the construction. Adjustments are made using non-standard section belays, adding a certain number of non-standard parts. Currently, there are few Berea non-standard items owned by manufacturers and leasing companies. The non-standard section Bailey is only 1m at the shortest. If such a situation occurs during the installation of Bailey beam, the fitting section should be calculated in detail, and the configuration position of the non-standard section should be strictly monitored during installation. If there is a misplacement of the non-standard parts, it will not be able to ensure the role of the node.
