The production of stud bolts requires fixed assembly and machine tool processing. Of course, the machining procedure is relatively simple. There are mainly the following processes: First, the material needs to be pulled, and the material is pulled out by the puller. After this process, the next process can be carried out. The next process is to use the cutting machine to cut the long straight material into the length required by the customer according to the customer's requirements. This completes the second process, and the third process is Put the cut short material on the thread rolling machine and roll out the thread; the ordinary stud bolt is processed here, of course, if other requirements are required, other processes are needed.
Generally known bolts refer to screws with a larger diameter. According to this statement, the diameter of the screw is much smaller than that of the bolt. Studs have no heads, and some are called studs. The studs are threaded at both ends with no threads in the middle and a polished rod in the middle. Studs are used on large equipment such as deceleration frames. In actual use, the external load will have vibration and temperature, and the friction will become smaller. The thread connection will be slack and invalid after a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the stud bolts during normal times. Studs or anchor bolts may cause problems under the action of long-term mechanical friction. When the problem occurs, the engine oil pan should be removed, the engine bushing should be carefully checked, and the gap between the bushes should be checked. Is it too big? If the gap is too large, it should be replaced in time. Replace the connecting rod bolts when replacing the stud bolts. Some large equipment, such as nail making machines, should be parked and checked in time if they find that the engine is not running very stable or abnormal noise when running normally, so as to avoid bigger problems.
At each time of repair, the newly replaced stud bolts and other newly replaced parts shall be inspected. The inspection shall focus on the head and the guiding part of the stud bolts, and each part of the thread shall be strictly inspected. No cracks or dents, but also check the shape of the teeth of the studs. There is no abnormality in the pitch, and if there is an abnormal situation, it can no longer be used again. A torque wrench should be used when installing the connecting rod cover. It must be tightened according to the specified standards. The torque should not be too large or too small. Also pay attention to the choice of the manufacturer's studs and studs.
